宁夏旅游资源的开发与建设

针对宁夏旅游资源分散、品位低、基础设施简陋、生态环境和社会化背景薄弱等问题，提出了本区旅游建设的三原则，并据此探讨了宁夏旅游资源开发与建设的内容及实施途径。

On the development and construction of touring resources in Ningxia

Tourism has increased rapidly in the last decades in Ningxia. So the local government has determined it as a supported industry. But there are many problems in Ningxia's touring resources, such as scattered in distribution, low quality, simple and uncompleted basis facilities, bad conditions of eco environment, weak background of social culture, etc. Based on the studies on typical touring sites, this paper studies the principles, contents and enforcing approaches for constructing and developing Ningxia's touring resources.
