应用大孔树脂分离纯化枸杞叶总黄酮的研究

摘    要:研究了用大孔树脂分离纯化枸杞叶总黄酮的工艺,为枸杞的综合利用和开发提供了实验依据.采用HPD100型,HPD700型,AB8型和NKA-9型4种大孔树脂对枸杞叶总黄酮进行富集纯化,用分光光度法进行定量,以总黄酮的吸附量、含量及回收率为指标进行综合评价,结果表明,HPD100型大孔树脂对枸杞叶总黄酮有良好的吸附分离性能.

Abstract:This paper established a technical process for the separation and purification of flavonoids glycosides from Lycium chinense using macroreticular adsorbents. Macroreticular adsorbents HPD100,HPD700,NKA-9 and AB-8 were used to richen and purify flavonoids glycosides. The adsorption amount, content, recovery were compared. The result indicate that the HPD100 showed a better comprehensive adsorption property. It can be used to purify the flavonoids glycosides for the extraction of Lycium chinense leaves.
