沸石对于卷烟烟气中亚硝胺的吸附去除

测定了各种烤烟型和混合型卷烟侧流烟气中的亚硝胺含量，并将之与卷烟焦油和烟气烟碱量相关联。实验证明：烟气中的亚硝胺来源复杂，通过降低卷烟焦油含量并不能有效去除侧流烟气中的亚硝胺。相反，采用沸石添加剂通过原位吸附－催化法去除则更见效。

Adsorption and removal of N-nitrisoamines from cigarette smoke by zeolites

N-nitrosamines content of cigarette side-stream in different brands was examined and investigated together with the content of tar and nicotine in cigarette. The results demonstrated that the content of N-nitrosamines in the side-stream of cigarette was not obviously related to the content of tar or nicotine. Therefore it is inefficient to decrease tar content in the cigarette for removal of N-nitrosamines from the smoke. A novel way for the removal of N-nitrosamines in the side-stream of cigarette is reported in this paper, and it is proven that N-nitrosamines can be selective adsorbed and/or catalytic decomposed by zeolites. By use of zeolite additive in the tobacco, about half of the N-nitrosamines was removed from the side-stream of cigarette. For the mainstream, moreover, about 80% of the N-nitrosamines could be removed. On the other hand, GC-MS results revealed the influence of adding manner of zeolite on the removal of N-nitrosamines from cigarette smoke. Much more carcinogenic compounds in tobacco smoke could be adsorbed when the zeolite was dispersed in tobacco instead of putting in filter. It is expected that the novel environment benign cigarette containing zeolite can be benefit to control the pollution caused by smoking in near future.
