摘    要:本文对超声波和回流法两种不同提取肋果沙棘籽总黄酮方法进行了探讨,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定肋果沙棘籽总黄酮的质量百分含量.实验结果表明,回流提取和超声提取所得肋果沙棘籽中总黄酮含量分别为3.73%,4.60%.超声波提取方法较回流法提取率高且省时.

Abstract:The content s of total flavones w ere extracted from the seed of Hippophae neurocarpa by using two different methods :ultrasonic wave extraction and reflux extraction,that were determined by spectrophotometry with the rutin as reference substance, and measures the mass percentage of the total flavones in the seed of Hippophae neurocarpa. The results show that the rate of ultrasonic extraction is much higher than that of reflux extraction,they were 4.60% and 3.73% separately. The results showed that ultrasonic wave extraction were suitable for extracting total flavones from the seed of Hippophae neurocarpa with low extraction time and high efficiency.
