| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对体育院系毕业论文工作的管理进行了研究,提出了体育院系毕业论文工作组织协同管理的模式、理念和机制,强调过程管理与学术规范管理,结果对体育院系学生毕业论文质量的提高将具有重要意义.
