麻黄草中黄酮的超声波提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用了超声波法从青海产麻黄草中提取黄酮,并从料液比,乙醇浓度,提取时间三个方面进行了对麻黄草提取效率进行了研究,通过紫外分光光度法测定了黄酮的含量.分析结果表明,最佳的提取工艺为乙醇浓度90%,料液比为1∶9,提取时间为90min.
