| 摘 要： | 目的：对矮丛风毛菊中的总黄酮进行提取及含量测定．方法：通过正交实验确定提取黄酮的优化条件，用分光光度法测定黄酮的含量．结果：矮丛风毛菊中黄酮的含量为6．81％．结论：该方法操作简便、结果准确可靠.

| Abstract: | Object To determine the content of flavonoids from. saussurea eopygmaea hand - mazz. Methods The optimal condition was determined by the orthogonal experiment, the content of flavonoids was measured by spectrohotometry. Results The flavonoids contained in the saussurea eopygmaea hand - mazz is about 6.81%. Conclusion The method is easy operation and its result is very accurate. |
