| 摘 要： | 文章在分析了营林信息管理特点的基础上,应用MIS和GIS技术,以ArcGIS为平台,进行了营林资源管理的设计.提出了青海省营林地理信息系统设计的目标,要求系统运行软硬件环境;拟定了系统基本结构图和系统数据流程图,数据库设计原则以及系统数据的更新与维护流程.

| Abstract: | Based on the administration characteristic of forest management resources in Qinghai, the author using MIS and GIS technique designed the forest management GIS. The paper not only discussed the design objective and require, but also destribed its revolving environment, structure, renewing and safeguarding of the system data. |
