| 摘 要： | 目的：测定益母草中黄酮的含量．方法：通过正交实验确定提取黄酮的优化条件，用分光光度法测定黄酮的含量．结果：测得黄酮的含量为14．1mg／g．结论：该方法操作简便，结果准确可靠．

| Abstract: | Object: To determine the content of flavonoids from Leonurus.Methods: The optimal condition was determined by the orthogonal experiment,the content of flavonoids was measured by spectrophotometry._() Results:The flavonoids contained in the Leonurus is about 14.1 mg/g.Conclusion: The method is easy operation and its result is very accurate. |
