摘    要:用硝酸和高氯酸消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定菠菜中K、Zn、Mg、Na、Mn、Ca、Fe、Cu的含量.菠菜中含有丰富的人体所需的微量元素,这为菠菜的合理利用和开发提供了依据.

Abstract:Spinach is digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid,and the elements of K,Zn,Mg,Na,Mn,Ca,Fe,Cu were determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.The results showed that spinach contains the abundant trace elements needed by human body.The result has provided the basis for spinach’s reasonable use and the development.
