青海省高校体育发展过程及特点

本文从历史发展划分了五个时期,即：摸索时期——文革时期—恢复时期——教师流动高峰时期——规范完善时期,并进行分析,归纳其状况是：高校体育多年来没有根据青海高校发展的实际,形成区域优势和具有特色的创新教育手段,以此来开展学校体育工作;教师队伍年龄结构相比偏大;年轻教师明显不足,学历层次不高.另外还根据青海地理环境、气候条件、区域文化状况、经济发展进程、在高校体育工作中的有利和不利因素进行分析,总结其特点是：由于地理环境的特殊性,青海高校体育工作具有明显的季节性;受区域民族文化的影响,丰富多彩的民族体育给予了高校体育在内容上可开发、可利用的很好素材;得天独厚的地理资源给学校体育的教学、运动竞赛有了可利用的天然环境;高校的办学空间不均衡,造成了学校体育场地设施建设的不均衡现象,影响了学校体育活动开展的空间.

Process and Feature of College Sports Development in Qinghai Province Adult Education College of Qinghai University

Also according to the Qinghai geograph- ical environment, climatic conditions, regional and cultural conditions, the economic development process, analyzed favorable and unfavorable factors in college sports work and summarized some characteristics- Due to the special nature of the geographical environment, Qinghai college sports work has obvious season- al; Affected by regional ethnic culture, a variety of national sports give a good material that was developed and taken advantage of the content to college sports; The unique geographical resources for school sports teaching and sports competitions provided a available natural environment; Because college teaching space is uneven, lead to the imbalances that the facilities of school sports ground were build, affect the space that the school sports activities were carried out.
