| 摘 要： | 藏族传统体育文化历史悠久，底蕴丰厚，是中华民族传统文化宝库中的璀灿明珠．如何保护、发展藏族传统体育文化，使之为广大藏区人民乃至整个西部地区继续发挥重要作用，是藏学研究的重要方面．本文以藏族传统体育文化的历史地位和发展趋势为切入点，进行相关研究．

| Abstract: | Tibetan traditional sport, which is a bright pearl in the treasure of Chinese culture, possesses a long history and abundant culture. In times of global development of physical culture, how to protect and diffuse Tibetan traditional sport has become a vital part of Tibetan study, so as to pass on its cultural value among Tibetan even the whole western regions of China. This article lays much importance on the historical position and development tendency of Tibetan traditional sport to do related research. |
