银杏叶茶系列产品的研制

摘    要:在银杏叶茶的基础上研制了银杏芽茶和袋泡茶,并从黄酮的浸提率上与市售叶茶进行了比较,结果表明:银杏芽茶和袋泡茶的浸提率明显的高于市售叶茶,而以袋泡茶的浸提率最高.

Abstract:The sprouts - tea and the instant bag - tea are developed on the basis of the heaves - tea. Compared with the heaves - tea in market sale between the flavonids extraction rate, the main results show that the extraction rare of the sprouts - tea and the instant bag - tea are remarkably superior to the leaves - tea in market, and instant bag -tea has the highest extraction rate.
