| 摘 要： | 在银杏叶茶的基础上研制了银杏芽茶和袋泡茶，并从黄酮的浸提率上与市售叶茶进行了比较，结果表明：银杏芽茶和袋泡茶的浸提率明显的高于市售叶茶，而以袋泡茶的浸提率最高．

| Abstract: | The sprouts - tea and the instant bag - tea are developed on the basis of the heaves - tea. Compared with the heaves - tea in market sale between the flavonids extraction rate, the main results show that the extraction rare of the sprouts - tea and the instant bag - tea are remarkably superior to the leaves - tea in market, and instant bag -tea has the highest extraction rate. |
