高职学生顶岗实习的多级模糊综合评判

摘    要:分析目前高职院校顶岗实习评价过程存在的主要问题,结合高职院校的顶岗实习特点和高职人才培养目标,构建具有高职特色、科学合理的顶岗实习评价体系,应用二级模糊综合评判模型对高职学生的顶岗实习质量进行定性评判与量化评价。结果表明,该模型合理、可靠,为学生顶岗实习的客观评价提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Main shortcomings of the internships evaluation in vocational colleges were firstly presented. According to the characteristics of vocational colleges' internships and the personnel training goals, the scientific and reasona- ble evaluation indices for internships quality were created. The two-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was es- tablished based on fuzzy mathematical theory, which was applied to evaluate the quality of student interns in voca- tional colleges, the quality of student interns was analyzed qualitatively and evaluated quantitatively. As is shown in the result, the presented method in this thesis is a rational, effective and scientific method for student interns' qual- ity evaluation.
