体育课分层目标教学法研究

摘    要:针对高校体育教学改革中存在的实际问题和发展态势,借鉴教育目的分类理论,合理运用“区别对待”和“循序渐进”的教学原则,按学生不同水平对其进行分组,并采用不同的教学目标的分层目标教学模式实践研究,结果表明,分层目标教学模式对增强学生身体素质、运动能力和终身体育的意识具有非常重要的作用。

Abstract:Concrete problems and developing tendency existing in the college physical education teaching reform are discussed in the paper, referring to assortment theory on education to properly apply the teaching principles of "treating students respectively" and "step by step" , to exercise group teaching in accordance with students' various standards. Study shows that the assortment teaching mode has a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening students' physical quality, physical competency and lifetime consciousness.
