| 摘 要： | 密封联接中常见的锥底结构在同轴度不佳时压不紧，存在间隙漏油的问题，若改用平底结构，即使同轴度不佳，但由于零件接触面积小，在压紧过程中零件会发生部分塑性变形来弥补间隙，从而达到改善密封性能的目的。

| Abstract: | When we use the conical-based structure in the common seal joint,if the concentricity between seal parts is not good,there is a clearance and oil leakage.To solve it,we can substitute the level-based structure for the conical-based structure.Even if the concentricity is not good in the new structure because of the smaller contact area,when tightly pressed,the part plastic deformation of the contact parts may close the clearance.So the seal property has been improved. |
