高稳定性水基泡沫配方及其影响因素的研究

摘    要:用高速搅拌法对十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和十二醇复配体系在不同条件下的泡沫性能进行研究。结果表明:复配体系配方为十二基硫酸钠2.0%、十二醇2.0%、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)1.2%和水100mL时,起泡能力最大,泡沫稳定性也最好,且从温度和溶液pH值的影响来看,在低温环境、溶液为中性的条件下,泡沫的稳定性最好。

Abstract:The foam properties of sodium dodecyl sulphate and dodecanol mixed system are determined with Waring-Blender method under varied conditions.The results show that the foam properties are excellent at mixed system with sodium dodecyl sulphate 2.0%,dodecanol l.20%,CMC 1.2% and water 100 mL.And the foam properties are best under the low temperature and neutral liquor condition.
