| 摘 要： | 从弗鲁顿伯格提出的职业倦怠产生的三个维度入手,通过个体和组织两方面对高校办公室秘书职业倦怠进行预防和干预：端正认识,树立正确的职业观,提高抗压能力预防职业倦怠产生;针对秘书工作进行技能培训,坚持以人为本,明确岗位职责,干预职业倦怠。

| Abstract: | Starting with the three dimensions of occupation burnout generation which the Eph Luton Berg raised,this thesis proposes prevention and intervention of college office secretary occupation burnout from the two aspects of individual and organization： correcting cognition,establishing a correct concept of occupation,and improving the compression ability to prevent occupation burnout; implementing the skill training for the secretary job,adherring to the people-oriented policy,clarifying job responsibilities and preventing occupation burnout. |
