摘    要:分析人力资源管理专业实训教学的现状和发展方向,为更好地实现高职人力资源管理专业的培养目标,培养新时期合格的高职人才,可以从课程结构的设置、专业教师团队建设、提高专业教师的操作能力、新的教学方式方法等方面对"2+1"教学模式下高职院校人力资源管理专业学生的操作技能进行培养。

Abstract:This thesis analyses the present situations and developing direction of practical teachings of Human Resources Management.In order to realize the training goals of Human Resources Management and cultivate qualified talents,we should set up curricula scientifically,build an excellent teaching team for the specialty,improve the specialized teaching staff's practical capability and explore new teaching methods.
