氯化亚锡还原光度法测定磷含量的实验条件研究

摘    要:氯化亚锡还原光度法测定磷含量时,酸度对实验的影响较大,氢离子浓度低于0.4 mol/L时,钼酸铵可以直接与氯化亚锡反应,溶液显蓝色,测定的理想酸度在0.5~0.6 mol/L;此外,显色反应后,应在10~30 m in测定完成。

Abstract:In determination of phosphorus by Tin Chloride Reduction Spectro photometry,acidity has great impact on the expeimental results.When Hydrogen ion concentrations are below 0.4 mol/L,the ammonium molybdate reacts directly with the stannous chloride.In the process of reaction,solution is blue and ideal acidity is determined to be 0.5~0.6 mol/L or so.In addition,after color reaction,it should be measured in 10 to 30 minutes.
