| 摘 要： | 和谐农村是和谐社会的理想在农村的实现。和谐农村实现的条件和基础是农村经济、社会、文化的全面发展。农村经济、社会、文化发展离不开农村科技支持。因此必须重视农村科技的发展,努力提高广大农民的科技文化素质,培养农村科技人才。在和谐农村建设中,不仅需要发展农业科技,实现农业的现代化,而且还要发挥其他科技以及社会科学在农村政治、文化和环境建设中的作用。发展"后现代农业"才是农村和谐的真正基础和根本方向。

| Abstract: | Construction of harmonious rural areas is to realize the ideal of the harmonious society in the countryside.Realization of harmonious rural areas must be based on all-round development of rural economy,society and culture.Such development has to be supported by rural-based science and technology.Therefore,we must pay attention to and emphasize development of rural-based science and technology and make efforts to improve farmers' quality of science and culture and cultivate scientific talents in rural areas.... |
