| 摘 要： | 我国目前社会信用严重缺失,这既有历史原因也有社会原因,当务之急是抓好信用主体的建设.我国目前应着重抓好四大主体建设,即政府信用、企业信用、中介信用和个人信用.四大主体各有侧重,是改善社会信用的四个层面.
