| Abstract: | Starting from an analysis of the new challenges of the education and management of college students in the new situation and combining the educational reform and development strategy, the thesis discusses that we must renew our thought, promote our quality and strengthen the service consciousness in the process of education and management of students at colleges, which accesses the better service of the college personnel training. |
