网络消费者特征及消费心理分析

摘    要:目前,我国网络消费者的主要特征可归结为:男性网民居多;年轻人是网上消费的主流;具有较低文化水平的网民增加较快;中低收入者所占比重可观。网络消费者在网上购物时表现出来的消费心理有理智求实的心理,追求物美价廉、时髦奇特、时空便捷的心理,孩童化消费和从众心理等。

Abstract:At present, network consumers' main characteristics may be summed up like this: the masculine web cams are in the majority; the young are the mainstreams; the ill educated web cams increase quickly; the low-income earners account for a considerable proportion. The consumption psychology network consumers show while shopping tend to be rational and practical, pursuing excellent quality and reasonable prices, fashionable design and so on.
