跨文化交际视角下中西方饮食文化差异与原因简析

摘    要:经济的发展使世界各国之间的文化交际愈发频繁,中西方饮食文化差异是跨文化交际的障碍之一。中西方饮食文化差异主要表现在饮食观念、饮食对象、饮食方式与餐桌礼仪等方面。了解产生差异的原因,可以促进中西方饮食文化的交流与融合,避免跨文化交际中发生冲突与障碍。

Abstract:Cross-cultural communications among countries become frequent as a result of the development of econo-my.The huge differences between Chinese and Western food culture are one of the obstacles to cross-cultural com-munication.This paper endeavors to analyze the differences in idea,contents,methods and table manners between Chinese and Western food culture,reveals the causes of these differences,clarifies continuous communication and integration of Chinese and Western food culture and helps to increase the knowledge,and to avoid the obstacles in cross-cultural communication.
