| 摘 要： | 以镇江高等专科学校学生职业生涯规划现状调查为例，全面分析当前高职高专院校学生职业生涯规划存在的问题。建立、健全高职高专院校大学生职业生涯规划辅导机构，构建全程化、全方位的职业生涯规划辅导体系，鼓励大学生参加职业训练和社会实践活动，主动谋求与社会资源的对接，将有助于提升学生的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | According to the survey of college students＇ career planning in our school nowadays, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the career planning among higher vocational college students, advances that colleges should set up or perfect the tutorial institutes and all - round and all - through tutorial system for career planning, encourage students to take part in career training and social activities and search for a connection with social resources with the punpose of helping improve the students＇ competitiveness in employment. |
