摘    要:高等职业教育的人才培养必须树立正确的人才评价观念,改变传统的人才培养评价模式,把握科学的人才培养评价取向,做到评价主体互动化、方式多样化、内容多元化、过程动态化、结果相对化、标准社会化。实现人才培养过程的整体优化,全面提高育人质量。

Abstract:There is necessity of talent training in higher vocational education to establish proper talent evaluating concept and reform the traditional talent training model. Scientific orientation of evaluating system of talent training involves the evaluated subject of interaction, the evaluating ways and contents of diversities, the process of movement, the results of comparison and the standard of socialization. The process of talent training must be fully optimized for comprehensive improvement in talent quality.
