新时期大学生党员发展工作对策探析

当今大学生在政治行为上相对而言虽然更加理性和自制，但也存在政治行为的功利性、信仰与追求的多元性、家庭政治教育的缺失性等不足。针对其政治行为特点，要使新时期大学生党员发展工作取得一定成效，可从以下四方面努力：营造大学生党员发展的良好氛围，努力加强辅导员队伍建设，注重党员发展过程的培养，完善党员后继教育与管理。
