Abstract:Poems has always been an important part in Chinese classes. This article puts forward some strategies in teaching poems ac- cording to the characteristics of poetry. To read and recite is the first step in learning a poems. The most essential part is to appreciate the language and the most difficult part is to analyze the images in the situational contexts.
