塑料制品的电磁涡流检测研究

摘    要:电磁涡流检测的理论基础是电磁感应,根据其原理仅适合具有导电、导磁的金属材料,对不具有导电、导磁性的其它材料,无法进行电磁涡流检测。在塑料树脂原料中掺入少量纳米纯铁粉与铁硅硼形成复合材料,由于纳米材料独特的电磁特性,复合材料的磁导率发生了显著变化,也可以产生涡流效应。通过试验,得到了这一复合材料涡流检测灵敏度随激励频率变化的关系,并对该复合材料的涡流检测灵敏度与铜、铁、铝、纯树脂等材料进行了比较,还对复合材料进行了裂纹涡流检测试验。试验表明,复合材料可以与其他金属材料一样进行电磁涡流检测。

Abstract:The theory of eddy current electromagnetic testing bases on electromagnetic induction,and the principle can only be fit for electric or magnetic metal material but not for other material.Because of peculiar electromagnetic characteristics of nano,when the plastic material added a little pure nano-Fe/FeSiB powder,its own magnetoconductivity changed remarkably and led the eddy current offect present.By the experimental testing,firstly we found the relationship between the sensibility of eddy current tested and inspiriting frequency.Secondly we compared the sensibility of eddy current tested among nanocomposites and copper,iron,aluminium,pure one.Finally we detected the cracks of nanocomposite using the eddy current testing mathod.The results show eddy current electromagnetic testing plaster+nanocomposites as same as using metal material.
