| 摘 要： | 英语学习对大学生来说是非常重要的，如何尽快适应大学英语的学习，越来越受到大学生的关注。新生应从已存在的问题和大学英语教学大纲出发，通过培养学习动机，制定学习计划。充分利用大学英语课堂，扩大词汇量，多听、多说、多读、多写、多背等方法来尽快适应大学英语教学。
