| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是大学生村官工作机制的重要组成部分。通过实地调研发现,大学生村官思想政治教育还存在许多不足。主要表现在：对大学生村官思想政治教育的意义认识不足;教育主体不够明晰;教育内容缺乏针对性;教育方式单一等。

| Abstract: | The political and ideological education is an important part of the working mechanism of village official university students.The investigation shows that political and ideological education of village official university students has many defects,which are manifested in lack of understanding of its significance,unclear education subject,no pertinence of education content and simple education way. |
