关于高校非环境专业开设环境教育课的几点思考

中国环境问题严峻，虽然政府采取了一些环保措施，但是由于我国公众的环境意识与社会发展极不相称，阻碍了环境政策的有效制定和实施，影响到可持续发展战略实施。因此提高人的环境意识是解决环境危机的根本途径。高校开展环境教育具有独特优势，能发挥重要作用，是提高全民环境意识的有效途径。因此有必要在非环境专业开设环境教育公共必修课。分析了开设环境教育课的制约因素，提出了对策。

Reflections on the set- up of environmental education for the non- environmental specialty students in the institutes of higher education

The Chinese environmental problem is very serious. Although the government has taken some measures for the protection of environment, that the public environmental consciousness of our country is incompatible to the social progress obstructs the effective making and implementation of the environmental policies and influences the implementation of the sustainable development strategy. Therefore improving the people's environmental consciousness is the fundamental approach to solve the environmental crisis. To carry out the environmental education in the institutes of higher education has unique advantages and plays an important role. It is the effective approach to improve the environmental consciousness of all the people. So it is necessary to set up public compulsory course of environmental education for the non-environmental specialty students. This paper analyses the factors of limiting the set-up of the environmental course and puts forward countermeasures.
