SA-210A1与SA-213TP304H的异种金属焊接性能研究

摘    要:利用GTAW焊工艺并选用ERNiCr-3焊丝对SA-213TP304H与SA-210A1异种金属进行焊接试验研究,采用Olympus金相显微镜观察接头的显微组织结构特征,并对焊接接头进行了显微硬度和力学性能测试。试验结果表明:焊接接头外观质量和气密性良好,硬度分布较均匀,没有出现脆化相,组织稳定、性能良好,焊接产品质量达到ISO5817 B级标准。

Abstract:By means of GTAW welding process and by using ERNiCr-3 welding wire,welding test was done on dissimilar metal of SA-210A1 and SA-213tp304h.Olympus metallographic microscope was adopted to observe the characteristics of micro structure of joint and micro hardness and mechanical performance test was done on the welding joint.The test result showed that the quality of welding joint appearance and airtightness were good with uniform distribution of hardness and no embrittlement.The quality of welding product reached ISO 5817 B standard.
