| 摘 要： | 在充分调研的基础上，以井冈山大学工学院为例阐述了数控技术专业人才的培养目标，以数控技术应用为主线，该院采用“精简、增加、整合”的方法，优化数控专业课程设置，提出了培养应用型高技能数控人才的课程体系和人才培养模式。
