| 摘 要： | 地方高校与地方发展是一种互动双赢的关系。地方高校能否办出特色，关键在于能否立足本地作出正确的前瞻性分析和把握，开拓为地方经济服务的空间。为此，地方高校与地方政府在加强自我发展的同时，必须进行相互协作．共同构建，互为依托，在互动对接过程中实现共生发展。

| Abstract: | The development of the local colleges and universities and the local economy is a win -win relation. Whether the local colleges and universities are run in a characteristic way depends on whether they can make the correct foresighted analysis according to the local conditions and open the space for serving the local economy. Therefore, the local colleges and universities and the local governments must cooperate with each other and co - develop in a mutual dependent way while strengthening self - development. |
