产业集群的发展与城市竞争力的提升——以新余市为例

产业集群对于城市竞争力的提升有着重要的作用和影响，有利于城市综合经济实力的增强，有利于城市产业竞争力的提高，有利于城市创新体系的形成和发展。江西新余的城市竞争的优势和弱势并存，需要通过以下一些措施来加快发展产业集群，从而提升新余市城市竞争力：一是加强现有产业间的内部联系，不断扩大产业内专业化分工；二是发展相关支持性产业，实现生产、经营和创新相配套；三是选择符合新余实际的产业集群发展路径，尽快促进新余产业集群的形成和发展。

Development of the industrial clusters and the promotion of the urban competitiveness——Taking Xinyu for example

The industrial clusters have important influence on the promotion of the urban competitiveness and are favourable for the increase of the urban comprehensive economic strength,the improvement of the urban industrial competitiveness and the formation and development of the urban innovative system as well.The advantages and disadvantages in the urban competitiveness of Xinyu co-exist.Therefore it is necessary to quicken the development of the industrial clusters through the following measures so as to promote the urban competitiveness of Xinyu:(1) strengthen the internal relations between the available industries and constantly expand the division of labour based on specialization;(2) develop the relevant supportive industries and realize the combination of production,management and innovation;(3) select the development path of industrial clusters based on the real conditions of Xinyu and quicken the formation and development of the industrial clusters of Xinyu.
