| 摘 要： | 学籍管理工作是学生管理的基础.提高学籍管理水平,应该选择以下路径：以学生为本,完善学籍管理规章制度;提高认识,执行学籍电子注册制度;明确职责,实行学籍院系两级管理制度;加大投入,优化学籍管理系统;领导重视,加强学籍管理队伍建设.

| Abstract: | As the basis of student management, students＇status management has some new problems along with those changes from variety of educational forms or credit system reformation. For improving status management, the authors recommends several pathways as follows： putting students first, perfecting the rules and regulations; improving understanding, executing the electronic register system, defining responsibility, performing two - level management system of college and department, increasing input, optimizing the management system, emphasizing and strengthening status management ranks. |
