| Abstract: | The progressiveness of the Party is a historic conception and the dialectic unity of class and times. The private enterprises' joining the Party represents the inheritance and development of the Marxist theory of parties in power and is favourable for keeping the progressiveness of the Party, promoting the development of the productive forces and strengthening the Party's mass basis. |
