| 摘 要： | 针对我国民办高校大学生德育工作的现状和困境,提出创新德育理念、实施主体性德育、构建新型德育体系和评价体系、优化德育管理机制等对策去培养民办高校大学生的德育观,促使他们去自觉追求一种理想的道德境界与行为方式,以此实现民办高校大学生德育工作的最终目标。

| Abstract: | According to difficulties of moral education of students in non-government colleges,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for fostering non-government college students＇ moral value by innovating moral concept,implementing subject moral education,establishing new moral education system and evaluation system and optimizing moral education management so as to make them self-consciously seek a kind of ideal moral realm and behaviour way and realize the ultimate goal of moral education of students in non-government colleges. |
