新建地方本科院校在建设区域创新体系中的问题与对策

区域创新体系是国家创新体系的组成部分，是国家创新体系的延伸和发展，不同地域的区域创新体系具有独具一格的特色。地方新建本科院校在区域创新体系建设中担负着人才培养、知识创新等重要任务。分析地方新建本科院校的现状，针对该类高校科研基础差、定位模糊、创新与需求脱节的问题，提出了利用后发优势、明确定位、加强产学研结合的解决办法，为该类高校快速融入区域创新体系指明了发展方向。

The problems of local newly- founded undergraduate colleges and universities in the construction of regional innovation system and their countermeasures

Regional innovation system is part of national innovation system as well as the extension and development of national innova- tion system. The regional innovation systems in different regions have their own unique characteristics. The local newly - founded under- graduate colleges and universities assume many important tasks such as talent training and knowledge innovation in regional innovation system. The authors analyzed the current situation of these colleges and universities, according to the problems of poor scientific founda- tion, fuzzy positioning, innovation and demand being separated, and put forward the method of using the late - development advantage, clearly positioning, strengthening the combination of production, learning and research. The development direction of these colleges and universities is pointed out.
