| 摘 要： | 90后入党积极分子是目前高校党建工作中的重要工作对象。二级党校工作作为基层党建的重要组成部分，承担着入党积极分子党的基本知识的普及教育任务。通过调查，分析相关数据，二级党校在开展教学过程中，必须帮助学员理清入党动机，树立模范作用，提高学生能力，才能为发展党员打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | The party -joining activists born after 1990 are the important objects of college party building at present. As the important part of grassroots party building, the secondary party school work bears the education task of popularizing the basic knowledge of party for the party -joining activists. The analysis of relevant data shows that the secondary party school must help learners make clear the motive for joining the party, set up exemplary model and improve students＇ability in the teaching so as to lay foundation for developing party members. |
