Research into the innovation of the social management pattern in the process of urban and rural integration

The urban and rural integration is a complicated and comprehensive social change process. Under the background of urban and rural integration, flow between city and country increases, thus appearing a lot of problems such as employment, social insurance, birth control, social security, land requisition and demolishing, public service, etc. which brings about great pressure on the social management and quickens the innovation of social management. Therefore, the relevant sectors should adapt to the needs of the situation development, get rid of the traditional thinking and according to the real conditions, build the new platform to explore the new form and carrier for the sake of improving the social management.
