浅论研究型教师发展的深化

摘    要:研究型教师概念的提出是教师专业意识不断强化的产物。推动研究型教师发展的关键不仅在于理论倡导,政策引导,而是要从革新观念做起,消除教师对于”研究”的恐惧心理,深化教师对于研究的认识,把研究当成教师日常工作的一部分,开创真正意义上的研究型教师时代。

Abstract:The concept of research -oriented teacher is the product of constant strengthening of teacher's professional awareness. The key to promoting the development of research - oriented teachers lies not only in theoretical advocating and policy guide, but also in innovating concept, overcoming teachers'fear of research, deepening teachers'understanding of research, considering research as part of teachers'daily work and creating the times of research - oriented teachers in a real sense.
