对高校外语教师自我认同的个案研究

摘    要:通过对一名高校外语教师的个案研究,勾勒出该教师真实自然的课堂语言与生活。认为优秀的教学及良好的教师生存状态来自于教师完整的自我认同。认为除了情感、精神上对教育的投入,教师只有对知识、教育进行批判性反思,才可能重塑个体完整统一的自我认同。

Abstract:Through a case study of one college foreign language teacher, this paper describes his true and natural classroom language and life, thinking that the excellent teaching and good living state of teachers come from teachers' complete self-identification and that besides input of feeling and spirit into the teaching, only when teachers have critical reflections on knowledge and education can they create complete individual self-identification.
