论新时期中国共产党对执政规律的探索

研究中国社会主义建立、巩固、发展的历史，就必须研究中国共产党的执政思想。江泽民同志在“七一”讲话中向全党明确提出要努力探索“共产党执政的规律”的历史任务。因此，研究新时期以来中国共产党对执政规律的探索，对搞好党的建设和推进有中国特色社会主义伟大事业，具有十分重要的现实和理论意义。从五个方面作出总结。

On the exploration of the Chinese Communist Party into the ruling law in the new period

To make research into the history of the establishment, consolidation and development of the Chinese socialism, we must study the Chinese Communist Party ruling thought. Comrade Jiang Zeming clearly put forward in his remarks on July 1st the historical mission of probing into the ruling law of the Communist Party. Therefore, research into the exploration of the ruling law by the Chinese Communist Party in the new period is of great realistic and theoretic significance for building the Party and pressing forward the great cause with the Chinese features. It can be concluded in the following five aspects.
