| 摘 要： | 当前我国村民自治条件下的村务管理监督中存在着村务管理的透明度不够高、民主监督的机制不健全、民主监督意识淡薄等问题。应通过完善村务公开制度、改革村务管理监督体制、拓宽民主监督渠道、健全村务管理制度、强化民主监督权力、培养民主监督意识等措施，加强和改善村务管理监督。

| Abstract: | Problems exist in management and supervision of village affairs in our country at present under the condition of autonomy of village people,such as low openness of management of village affairs,imperfect democratic supervision,lack of awareness of democratic supervision,etc.We should strengthen and improve management and supervision of village affairs by perfecting open system of village affairs,reforming eth management and supervision system of village affairs,broadening the channel of democratic supervision,perfecting management system of village affairs,reinforcing democratic supervision power and developing the awareness of democratic supervision. |
