| 摘 要： | 目前，地方性高等学校生存与发展存在着一定的困境，如招生难、就业难等。这种困境的存在，与这些学校的办学定位不准、专业特色不鲜明等是有关系的。因此必须重视特色专业的建设。建设特色专业时要注意做好特色专业的选择、设置、管理等工作。

| Abstract: | At present, difficult situation exists in the development of the local colleges and universities, such as difficulty in enrollment and employment, etc. which is closely related to the incorrect positioning of running school and unclear features of specialty. Therefore it is necessary to attach great importance to the building of specialty with features. Attention should be paid to the selection, setup and management of specialty with features. |
