| 摘 要： | 校企合作、工学结合是当前高职院校推行的人才培养模式改革的新方向，其在提升学生职业能力与素养方面发挥了强大的功效。但是随着校企合作的不断深化，尤其是学生顶岗实习阶段，突显了一些学生管理及思想政治教育缺失的问题。通过对这些问题的剖析，探索思想政治教育校企合作的新模式。
