中学语文教师的尴尬处境与形象重塑

摘    要:目前,语文教学、语文教师面临着不受重视,不受学生欢迎的尴尬处境。造成这种状况的原因,一是人们对语文教师和语文教学寄予过高的期望;二是语文教材的编制不合理,语文课随意性强;三是近年来语文教师的整体素养下降;四是许多教师未能适时调整角色,不适应新型的师生关系;五是网络电视对语文教学产生了强大的冲击,许多语文教师未能因势利导。为此,语文教师必须通过自己的努力,不断提高自身素质,重塑自身形象。

Abstract:At present the Chinese teaching and Chinese teachers face the awkward dilemma,that is,they are not respected and welcomed.The causes for this are manifested in the following:(1) people have too high expectation for the Chinese teaching and Chinese teachers;(2) unreasonable compiling of the Chinese textbooks;(3) the quality of the Chinese teachers declines;(4) many teachers do not adjust themselves to the new teacher-student relation;(5) the network and TV have great impact on the Chinese teaching and many teachers do not take advantage of them.Therefore,the Chinese teachers should constantly improve their own quality and recreate their own images through their own efforts.
